Counselling to shift
worry, stress, grief, overwhelm, anxiety
to
calm, confidence and compassion.

Are you struggling to get through your day to day activities because you feel frozen by your stress?

Or are you feeling accelerated by your anxiety, rushing through everything in a haphazard way?

Have you begun to notice the impact of this in all facets of your life?

Work - struggling to stay focused and complete tasks?

Friends - making excuses to stay home and not be around the people who normally bring you joy?

Home - cranky and short with everyone around you?

Don't let excessive worry rule you. I am a warm, approachable counsellor that specialises in what you are going through. This can look like fear, anger, grief, anxiety, panic, overthinking, procrastination or being stuck. Worry may sound small but when it starts having a negative impact on your life it becomes BIG. You don't have to live with that. I know you can grow, change, adapt and have the life you want.

You can feel calm, confident and full of self-compassion.

Counselling is a place to explore your thoughts, feelings, worries without judgement or shame. Some people choose to work on a long standing problem while others use it as a way to develop strategies for personal growth and/or skills. Counselling is often helpful during times of transition and/or stress such as a new baby, graduation, divorce or death of a loved one. Counselling is right for anyone who wants to learn more about themselves.

I work with teens and adults.

I believe in empowering my clients with the skills they need to conquer any life challenges that may come their way. Counselling is not over when every element of a client’s life is perfect. Rather, counselling is complete when you can say, "I know there will be other hurdles and difficult times but I have the ability to deal with them."

I charge $150 for a 50 minute session. I can provide sessions face to face or online or a combination of both.
